The surplus fruit, nuts and vegetables from the land is collected and donated. The food goes unprocessed to food banks, is preserved or prepared and then donated to social projects.
Examples of projects:
- Fruit and nuts for the food bank Soupe Populaire in Chalon sur Saône.
- Soup for the homeless, a.o. in cooperation with the Salvation Army.
- Festive vegan snacks for the volunteers of www.voedseltuin.com, a food garden for the food bank in Rotterdam.
- Apple cakes for Le p’tit dej Emmaus, a breakfast foodtruck for the homeless in Marseille.
